Property Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on property sales and leasing leads. Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings and client meetings. Maintain an updated portfolio of Dubai properties. Negotiate offers and support transactions through closing. Build long-term relationships with clients and property owners. Stay updated on Dubai property market trends and new developments. Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly targets. Follow company policies and applicable Dubai real-estate regulations. Requirements: Previous sales or real-estate experience is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of the Dubai property market. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Professional appearance and client-handling skills. English communication skills required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
